Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 3.59(4) of the Local Government Act 1995, of a Business Plan for a major trading undertaking for the construction of staff housing for the Lake Grace Hospital by the Shire
Copies of the Business Plan are available for inspection at the Shire Office located at 1 Bishop Street, Lake Grace WA 6353. Alternatively, the business plan may be downloaded via the Shire’s website at www.lakegrace.wa.gov.au
Submissions are to be lodged in writing and can be delivered to the Shire office, posted via PO Box 50, Lake Grace WA 6353 or by email to the attention of the Chief Executive Officer at shire@lakegrace.wa.gov.au. Submissions must be received no later than 5.00pm AWST Wednesday, 5 June 2024
