Requests for quotes (RFQ) on roadworks is undertaken through the eQuotes/VendorPanel system managed by the Western Australia Local Government Association (WALGA). In order to receive these requests you must be vetted by WALGA to become part of their Preferred Supplier's Program.

The Shire may also request other kinds of goods and services through eQuotes.

RFT 2025.26-02 - Supply and Delivery of Aggregate

Deadline: 4:00pm WST Monday, 1 September 2025.

Summary: The Shire of Lake Grace is seeking tender submissions for the supply and delivery of aggregate to various sites around the Shire for bitumen sealing works this financial year.

Please contact the Shire at shire@lakegrace.wa.gov.au or 08 9890 2500 to request a copy of the tender documents.

Submissions will be accepted by:

  1. Handing in to the Shire Office at 1 Bishop Street, Lake Grace
  2. Delivery by mail to PO Box 50, Lake Grace (please ensure enough time for the mailed submission to reach the local post office)

Tender opening will be carried out right after the deadline at the Shire Office, and is open to the public.
