In accordance with section 12 (3) of the Local Government Administration Regulations 1996, members of the public are advised there has been a change of date for the scheduled Ordinary Meeting of Council for June. The June meeting of Council will be held: 17 JUNE 2026 3.30PM COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1 BISHOP STREET, LAKE GRACE Council meetings are open to the public and members of the community are encouraged to attend to ask questions relating to Shire activities. A minimum of fifteen (15) minutes is allowed at the beginning of each meeting for questions from the public. This information sheet has been prepared to assist rural landowners in the Shire of Lake Grace who are considering or may be approached by private companies or contractors seeking to extract sand, gravel or other basic raw materials from their properties on a commercial basis for future development projects. Landowners should be aware of all relevant town planning, local law and environmental considerations before proceeding with any works or entering into any formal agreements.

In accordance with section 5.25(g) of the Local Government Act 1995, residents of the Shire of Lake Grace are advised of Council Meeting arrangements for 2026. Please see the attached document.
