The Shire of Lake Grace is inviting community members to review and provide constructive feedback on the completed Structural Inspection Report for the Pink Building. Prior to completing the survey, please review the Structural Inspection Report and Community Meeting Summary from 6 Feb 2026.

Pursuant to section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Lake Grace invites public submissions on its Business Plan for the proposed Major Land Transaction. The Business Plan will be available for public inspection, with submissions invited for a period of not less than six weeks.

Changes to several Building Approval processes that will take effect on 1 July 2026.

This information sheet has been prepared to assist rural landowners in the Shire of Lake Grace who are considering or may be approached by private companies or contractors seeking to extract sand, gravel or other basic raw materials from their properties on a commercial basis for future development projects. Landowners should be aware of all relevant town planning, local law and environmental considerations before proceeding with any works or entering into any formal agreements.

In accordance with section 5.25(g) of the Local Government Act 1995, residents of the Shire of Lake Grace are advised of Council Meeting arrangements for 2026. Please see the attached document.
