Advertisement for Public Comment - Development Application for Retaining Storage Infrastructure at Lake Grace CBH Grain Handling Facility

Notice is hereby given for public comments regarding a Development Application on Lot 12 on Deposited Plan 57312 Biddy Camm Road, Lake Grace.

The proposal is for:

The permanent retention and use of four (4) existing grain storage bulkheads comprising a total combined storage capacity of 114,625 tonnes and various associated improvements on the abovementioned property previously approved by Council on a temporary basis in September and October 2025.

Comments can be submitted to the Shire at shire@lakegrace.wa.gov.au or posted to the Shire's Chief Executive Officer at PO Box 50, Lake Grace WA 6353. Comments should include:

• Your name, address and contact telephone number;
• How your interests are affected; whether as a private citizen, on behalf of a company or other organisation, or as an owner or occupier of property;
• Address of property affected (if applicable); and
• Whether your submission is in support of, or objecting to, the proposal and why.

All submission received may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the Shire's website, unless a submission specifically requests otherwise.

Acceptance of comments will end on Close of Business Friday 20 November 2026.
