Economic Development

The Shire of Lake Grace works with interested stakeholders within the shire to:

1. grow and support business
2. maximise Shire of Lake Grace's economic potential
3. improve the environmental and social sustainability of the local economy
4. support and grow our communities

Economic development, in general, refers to the actions, or policies, of communities and policy makers to promote the standard of living and economic health of a particular area.

This relates to, but is not limited to, areas such as safety, social inclusion, regional competitiveness, human capital, health and critical infrastructure.
