Request for Comments on Proposed Amendment No. 7 to the Local Planning Scheme No. 4.

The Shire of Lake Grace hereby notifies the public of proposed changes to the Shire of Lake Grace Local Planning Scheme No. 4, labeled Proposed Amendment No. 7. Please see the attached document for details of the changes to the planning scheme.
As part of this advertisement, the Shire is inviting comments on the proposal. Comments can be sent through the following methods:
All comment submission must included the following information:
- Your name, address and contact telephone number;
- How your interests are affected whether as a private citizen, on behalf of a company or other organisation, or as an owner or occupier of property;
- Address of property affected (if applicable); and
- Whether your submission is in support of or objecting to the proposal, either in part or in whole, and any reasons supporting your comments.
Comments will be accepted until Friday 19 December 2025, 5:00 pm. All submissions received may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the Shire's website in due course, unless a submission specifically requests otherwise.
