Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal - Commercial Vehicle Parking on Lot 193 (#9) Sugg Road, Lake King

Notice is hereby given for a development application containing the parking of a truck and trailer for a proposed trailer making business, for public comments. Please download the attached PDF document for details and site plans of the proposed development.

Note that comments and objects are requested mainly regarding the truck and trailer parking portion of the proposal, however the entire proposal is viewable.

Comments can be submitted to the Shire at shire@lakegrace.wa.gov.au or posted to the Shire's Chief Executive Officer at PO Box 50, Lake Grace WA 6353. Comments should include:

• Your name, address and contact telephone number;
• How your interests are affected; whether as a private citizen, on behalf of a company or other organisation, or as an owner or occupier of property;
• Address of property affected (if applicable); and
• Whether your submission is in support of, or objecting to the proposal and provide any arguments supporting your comments.

All submission received may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the Shire's website, unless a submission specifically requests otherwise.

Acceptance of comments will end on Close of Business Friday 15 August 2025.
