The Shire of Lake Grace is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead this strong and stable community. Lake Grace presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to further their career.

Lake Grace has a relatively new administrative team of staff who will benefit from a CEO who can take advantage of modern technology and management practices.

A competitive salary package from $121,909 to $184,788 within the Band 4 Salary Range will be negotiated and will include a cash component in the range of $110,000 to $140,905. Other benefits include superannuation up to 14%, a fully maintained motor vehicle, 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom house, utilities allowance and professional development allowance.

The position is offered on the basis of a performance based contract up to 5 years.
