PLANNING PROPOSAL FOR
25 MALEY ST NEWDEGATE
Planning and Development Act 2005
It is HEREBY NOTIFIED for public information and comment that the Shire of Lake
Grace has received an application for Council’s planning consent to establish a
‘Kleenheat Gas LPG Bottle Exchange Facility’ on Lot 14 (HN.25) Maley Street,
Newdegate.
According to the Shire’s Local Planning Scheme No.4, the proposed use is not
defined and is classified as a ‘use not listed’.
As such Council has resolved to advertise the proposal for public comment prior
to determining the application.
Documents and plans providing details of the proposal are available for
inspection at the Shire’s Administration Centre, 1 Bishop Street, Lake Grace
during office hours, or from Council’s website.
Submissions on the proposal may be made in writing and lodged with the Shire’s
Chief Executive Officer at PO Box 50 Lake Grace WA 6353 by no later than 4.00pm
Friday 22 May 2009.
