Notice of Proposed Structure Plan
NEW RESIDENTIAL LAND DEVELOPMENT
LOT 1 GRIFFIN ST LAKE GRACE
It is HEREBY NOTIFIED for public information that the Lake Grace Shire Council,
at its 25 March 2009 Ordinary Meeting, resolved to endorse the Structure Plan
prepared in respect of Lot 1 Griffin Street, Lake Grace and to advertise the
plan for public comment in accordance with the procedures prescribed in clause
2.4 of the Shire of Lake Grace Local Planning Scheme No.4. The Structure Plan
will guide the future subdivision and development of Lot 1 Griffin Street, Lake
Grace, which is located in the eastern segment of the Lake Grace townsite.
The Structure Plan is available for public inspection at the Shire of Lake Grace
Administration Centre, 1 Bishop Street, Lake Grace during office hours up to and
including Monday 11 May 2009. Alternatively the Structure Plan can be viewed and
downloaded from Council’s website.
Submissions on the Structure Plan may be made in writing and lodged with the
Shire’s Chief Executive Officer, at PO Box 50, Lake Grace WA, 6353 on or before
close of business on Monday 11 May 2009.
